Lot prices are starting at $50,000 on a first come first serve basis, prices subject to change without notice. We are estimating the self sufficient houses to start at $100k, complete with off-grid electric, water and cooking systems.  Below is a small chart to depict potential profit returns.

At a rate of $250 per night per person for an all-inclusive package, Net is figured below by deducting $100 per day cost per person in food, drinks, transport, tours, guides, wellness center services and cleaning fees in addition to Vida Calma's 20% booking commission and $3,600 a year in maintenance and infrastructure fees deducted. The following charts show owner profit based on two, four and six person occupancy.
